若把壓力當敵人
可能會感覺無助
但把壓力當動力
定可以應付有餘

Pressure as an enemy  ***

If people feel pressure as an enemy, they may feel helpless, whereas if they treat pressure as a motivational force, they will be able to handle the pressure with success.


擺脫壓力  ***

如果想擺脫壓力
逃避不是好辦法
積極去利用壓力
變成支持的力量


Get rid of stress   ***

If people want to get rid of stress, not doing anything about it is not a good practice.  They should be positive and take advantage of this opportunity to turn the pressure into a supporting force to move forward.
