改變一個人   *** 如果想改變別人 的確是難過升天 唯一最好的方法 就是先改變自己	Change a person   *** If people want to change the character and behavior of other people, it is extremely difficult.  The best way is to change themselves first.
一步升天   *** 不重實際的期望 希望可不勞而獲 更妄想一步升天 其實無可能實現	One step up to the sky   *** There is a saying that “no one can jump up to the sky in one step."  Therefore an impractical desire will never be realized.  Definitely there is no free lunch.
