成功機會  *** 凡做任何一件事 不可以盲目亂撞 先做好準備功夫 成功機會才會高	Success rate   *** Whatever you do, don't barge ahead blindly without thinking.  It is better to do some preparatory work.  Such a procedure will enhance the probability of success.
千祈莫草莽  *** 做事千祈莫草莽 更不應不留餘地 否則會創出禍根 到時定後悔莫及	Careless effort  *** Be focused on your work. Don't push your co-workers into a dead end; otherwise you may create a problem for yourself.  By then, you will regret it.
