準備功夫   ***   如果想出人頭地 一定要預早立志 準備功夫做到足 才可以出人頭地	Preparatory work   ***   If people want to move ahead, they must first have a goal.  Then they should prepare themselves to cope with the task.  If they have done enough preparation, it makes a lot of difference.
學習   *** 決定了想做什麼 及早去爭取知識 除了向書本學習 向成功人士學習	Learning   ***   Once people decide what to do, they should acquire knowledge.  In addition to learning from books, they can learn from successful people too.
