做人的禮貌  ***   尊重別人的發言 體諒別人的想法 就算自己不認同 仍須要彬彬有禮	Courtesy   ***    Respect other people's words.  Be considerate of other people's ideas.   Even though you may not agree, you should still be careful in extending your courtesy towards them.
對話的態度  *** 一個有修養的人 說話要看著對方 當對方發言之時 一定要洗耳恭聽	Etiquette  ***  A cultivated person always looks at the face of the listeners while he/she speaks.  When other people speak, he/she undoubtedly pays full attention and listens carefully.
