領導者  *** 處處能保持公正 放下個人的恩怨 一切以大局為重 確有領導者風格	Leaders  ***  A good leader is always fair to everyone.  He/she can set aside all personal grudges and take into account benefits for everyone.  With such behavior in handling events, he/she deserves to be called a good leader.
英雄氣質  *** 君子是心地坦蕩 做事以仁義為主 辦事有英雄氣質 不會像老鼠怕事	Heroic qualities ***   A gentleman has a magnanimous heart and always puts justice and righteousness foremost.  He shows heroic qualities in his work and is definitely not a shrinking violet.
