船在水中不知流，

只要肯留意身邊，

一定會找到幸福。

Although being in the midst of blessings, one doesn’t know how blessed one is.   Similarly a boat doesn’t know itself is flowing along with the current in the water. This suggests that as long as you are willing to pay attention to your surroundings, you will definitely find fortune and happiness.

每人的成长過程，

不尽是一定相同，

隨時会发生变化，

所以無需要頹喪。

No need to be depressed.    *****

Everyone’s growth process isn’t necessarily the same. Also everyone is exposed and subject to sudden changes at any time. Therefore there is no need to be depressed even facing diversity.
