帮助别人的目的，
不是为自己积福，
而是出自於自己，
內心的善良品德。
Helping others*****
The purpose of helping others shouldn’t be for the purpose of accumulating blessings for oneself, but from one’s inner kindness for others.

怨恨別人*****
若有人背叛了你，
無須要怨恨別人，
花精神怨恨別人，
確是完全不值得。
Resent others*****
If someone betrays you, there is no need to resent them. Spend energy resenting others is
really not worth it.
