龍年多做些運動,
自然會龍馬精神,
每天做三十分鐘,
已經足夠精神爽。

Naturally such exercises will strengthen your health. Doing it for thirty minutes every day is enough to make you feel
energetic and happy.

運動有利而無害,
行山跑步當然好,
游水運動更加好,
假日打波一樣好.
Excecise. *****
Exercise is beneficial but not harmful to our health.
Of course hiking and running are good exercises. Swimming is better. Week end sports are just as good as any exercises.
