各人有各的活法，

各自追求是不同，

只要不與人攀比，

會活得更加快樂。

Everyone has their own way of living. Each one’s 

pursuits are different. 

As long as they don't compare their living  to others, they ought to be happier in their lives.

生活會舒緩.     *****

能夠做到不攀比，

不嫉妒和不羡慕，

得不到不要强求，

生活自然會舒緩。

Life will be relaxing.   *****

As long as people do not compare themselves to others, no jealousy, no envy, and no force to get what they want, life will naturally be relaxing and happy.
