養生防病.      ******.    

生病方知健康好，

但如果生病太重，

有錢也是沒有用，

趁沒病養生防病。

Health and disease prevention.      ******.       

People begin to realize health is important only when they are sick.  But if people have fatal illness, money is useless and cannot cure their disease. Therefore, it is more important  to take care  of their health before they get sick.

預防是好.    *****.     

下雨知傘的好處 ，

雨太大傘也沒用，

最好雨小的時候，

找個地方先避雨。

Prevention is good

People know the benefits of their umbrellas in the rainy days. Yet the umbrella is not of much help if it is a heavy rain. Therefore it is better to find a shelter place  when it's not raining.

個人前进的勇氣

对未来感到迷茫

此時更加要坚强
