不要回避要面對，

不要一味地抱怨，

抱怨解不到问题。

The way of solving a problem, is not to shy away from it, but face it and deal with it. Don't just complain all the times. Complaining doesn’t solve the problem.

解决了问题以后，

向前看和向前走，

不讓过去的问题，

成为现在绊脚石。

Stumbling block      ******.     

After solving a problem,

 look forward and move forward. Don't let the problems of the past 

become a stumbling block.
