白天時盡量嘗試,

擠出15分鐘小睡,

讓自己身體休息,

替每一天充充電。

晚上至少要熟睡,

 個到個小時,

才可算得是足夠,

才可保身體健康。

Sleeping at least 7 to 8 hours at night can be considered enough

to keep healthy.
