可戰勝一切困難。

Everyone is born with courage. No matter how big the difficulty is, if one is willing to work hard without giving up, one can overcome all difficulties.

負面會影響情緒，

弄到失去安全感，

戰戰兢兢過日子，

這樣是全不值得。

Negativity affects one’s mood and can make one 

 lose one’s sense of security resulting living in a trembling mood. This isn’t worth it.
