A cheerful mood is the best; not only will things go smoothly, family members will be happy too.
健康身體. ***
餓時就要去吃飽
渴時就要去飲水
累時就要去休息
才可有健康身體
Healthy body. ***
Eat when you are hungry. Drink water when you are thirsty. Rest when you are tired. Such habit will keep one’s body healthy.
