 Leverage o s.’s strengths and avoid one’s weaknesses.   By doing so, you can leverage your strength to do a better job.

軟弱與堅強.  ***

做人不可以軟弱

辦事處世要堅強

所謂馬善被人騎

人善則㑹被人欺

People should not  be weak in doing their job but be strong in carrying out their duty

It is common known that people will ride their horses if they are weak.   People will be bullied if they are weak.
