Relax and be happy.  ***

 What is a best thing to do every day?
 Find a quiet place, sit down in harmony and meditate for ten minutes.  Such relaxing activity will keep one’s mind in peace. 

散步 ***

散步也説是運動
最好能夠每一天
找個清靜的地方
慢慢散步三十分

Walking.  ***

 Walking can be a kind of exercises.  It will be good if one finds a quiet place and take a walk for thirty minutes.
