適可而止.  ***

古云勢不可使盡

福也不可以享盡

便宜更不可占盡

一切要適可而止

Don’t go over the right limit ***

There is an old saying that “don’t exhaust the use of your power.  Don’t stretch your limit of your happiness.  Don’t take advantage to the extreme.”  Remember everything has its limit. 

貪得無厭. ***

得些好處要收手

如果便宜取到盡

這樣的貪得無厭

始終㑹損福折壽

Insatiable. ***

Don’t exceed your limit of taking advantage of others otherwise such greed   will bring bad luck.
