Criticism is a kind of good advice.  There is no need to be too negatively reacted to them.  It us better to analyze the content of criticism and learn something from it.

It’s inevitable not to receive any criticism for any good or bad performance . 

Don't over-react to them and felt hurt.  Rather, treat it as a growing experience to help be better for the future.

If you want to relax, close your eyes.  Sit down  with a glass of red wine.   Recall the past happy times.

We all are happy  ***

Be gentle and passionate everyday.    The best way is to say to your family members, “ I love you.”  Such a whisper will make everybody happy.

Respect elderlies and love young ones  ***

Remember to respect elderlies and love young ones.   Offer your seats to elderlies.  Open doors for the elderlies.  Such deeds are good behaviors. 

君子風度.  ***

願意付出的一切

切勿想要有回報

更無須掛在嘴邊

這才是君子風度

A gentlemen.  ***

A gentleman does not expect any return for his assistance or service.   Also such a gentleman will not remind people of his good deeds.  Such behaviors will make a person a gentleman.

The tendency to insult others.  ***

Some people overestimate their talent  and think they are superior to others.  As such they have a tendency to attack others resulting in upsetting other people and becoming their enemy.

會接受你的批評

Severe criticism.   ***

Strict and severe accusations of other people's shortcomings  without consideration of their feelings will not win others’ acceptance of your criticism.

When faced with an unreasonable person,  one keeps on arguing.  Such action will not be able to win any argument to stop nonsense coming  out from the mouth of an  unreasonable person.

不幸如遇到壞人

千期不與他計較

否則吃虧是自己

Be sure to remember.  ***

Always remember the following.  If unfortunately,  one encounters a bad person, don’t mess around with that person otherwise you will be at a disadvantage.

Remember one’s sickness comes in through one’s month.  Ironically one’s curse also comes from one’s mouth.  

Remember there is a Chinese saying:  once a sentence is spoken, even four houses cannot chase it back.

What to do with people that one cannot get along?   It is best to resolve the differences as soon as possible.  Don’t continue to drag along otherwise both parties will be painful.

愈解釋會愈糊塗

既然如此沒法解

不如不継續爭議

No absolute right or wrong.   *** 

There is no absolute right or wrong.  Therefore the more one explains the more confused one becomes.  Since there is no solution,  it is better not to dispute it any more.

There is a Chinese saying.  Faced with true friends, no matter how much drinking together is still not enough but faced with unwanted acquaintances, even a short conversation of one word is too much.  Therefore it is wise to choose people believing in the same values and integrity.

People can accept the truth but not lies.   Therefore keep in mind every sentence from your mouth is a truth.

No matter how good you are with people, or how caring you are to them,  if your opponents do not appreciate your efforts, you are wasting your efforts.

和同事合作不和

大家很難辦大事

和家人鬥氣相處

換來是傷心失望

Be enemy to others    ***

If people cannot get along with their colleagues, it is likely that they cannot perform and complete big projects.  If people cannot get along well with their family members, they will end up feeling disappointed and being hurt too.
