Emotional Reaction. ***
When people are emotionally involved in an argument and lost their anger, they should leave the site immediately. Find a quiet place to cool down. Recall what had happened and how it made them angry. Such thinking may change their mood to become calmer.
苦難會過去. ***
未必人人是幸運
人生難免有辛酸
無奈樂觀去接受
苦難遲早會過去
Suffering eventually will be in the pass. ***
Not everyone is lucky. Life can inevitably be bitter. Just be optimistic to accept reality. Sooner or later, such terrible suffering will be gone.
