心情緊張的時候
深深吸入一口氣
然後慢慢呼出來
這樣會減壓情緒

Nervous situation.   *** 

When one feels nervous, inhale deeply and then slowly exhale. Repeating this process will depressurize one’s nervous mood.

心煩意亂. ***

心煩意亂的時候
試圖㸃燃些香料
散發些清香的味
微微呼吸可解愁

Feeling terribly confused    ***

When one feels terrible and confused, one can try to burn some spices. Light breathing of such fragrance may change one’s terrible mood.
