傲氣高的人   *** 對待傲氣高的人 盡量用清簡句子 説明来意和要求 不讓他施展傲氣	Arrogant people   *** When facing arrogant people, use clear and short sentences as frequently as possible to explain the objectives why you are having this meeting.  Such action may block their opportunity for showing their arrogance.
冷面孔的人   *** 對於冷面孔的人 反而要熱情應付 找出感興趣話題 或可以打破僵局	Cold-faced people   *** When facing people with a cold attitude, try to be enthusiastic to cope with the cold atmosphere.  Find a topic of interest to them and talk about it.  This type of conversation may break the ice.
