困苦   *** 捱過苦才懂知苦 有過知苦的經驗 才知怎應付苦難 從困苦中跳出來	Hardship   *** Only after going through hardship, will one realize how to endure the bitterness of life.  Once experienced, bitter suffering will endow the individual with the means to deal with such situation in the future and how to jump out of a bitter situation.
天知地知    *** 個人修行無人見 但㑹有天知地知 只要是本著良心 問天無愧已足夠	Heaven and earth know it  *** Although no one knows your performance, heaven and earth know it.   Therefore people need to do everything with a clear conscience. Such practice will leave them with no regrets.
