長𣎴出果實   *** 就算土地是肥潤 但沒有播散種子 就算再天天澆水 一様長不出果實	No harvest   ***    Even if the soil is rich, and people water it every day, if they forget to sow seeds, nothing will grow.  They cannot expect fruits during harvest time if they don't plant anything.
升官發財   *** 如果想升官發財 不可能一步登天 一定要按步就班 腳蹅實地做到好	Build a career   ***  If people want to build a good career, they cannot expect it to get done overnight.  Be attentive, practical and do it one step at a time.
