不歡喜的人   *** 容納不歡喜的人 其實不是件易事 心量一定要闊大 盡量去方便他人	People whom you don't like   ***   To accept people whom you don't like is very emotionally difficult.   You must have a forgiving heart and be willing to accommodate such people.
努力向上游   *** 如想努力向上游 先要有捨我精神 接受他人的意見 和諧合作向前行	Moving up   ***  If people want to move up, they cannot be selfish.  Always put other people ahead of yourself, accept their good advice and get along and work along well with them.
