認真去做   *** 做事一定要認真 就算做小事也好 都要認真去苦幹 才贏得別人欣賞	Focus on your work seriously  *** All things should be done seriously.  It should not matter whether it is a small or a big job, work hard and seriously.  If people can do that, they will win the appreciation from others.
用武之地   *** 無論是大事小事 表現到津津有味 繼而要學會借勢 找尋個用武之地	Apply your talent   ***   People should always show their enthusiasm in whatever they are doing.  Their work ethics should not be any difference whether it a small job or a big job.  Learn as much as one can from one’s job and find opportunity to apply one's talents.
