一日三餐要健康
早餐千期不可少
幾忙也要吃午餐
晚飯不可太夜吃

Three meals a day   *** 

Eating three meals a day is healthy.  Don't forget your
breakfast.  Even though you are busy, don't skip lunch.  Don't
eat dinner at late hours.

睡得好   ***

晚上能夠睡得好
清晨心情會清朗
睡得好身心健康
辦事思維更聰明


Sleep well   ***

If people can sleep well, they will feel cool and bright in the morning.  As long as people sleep well, their thinking power will be at least adequate.
