軟硬兼施   *** 處事不可硬到底 到某一個程度時 也要來一個軟功 軟硬兼施最有效	Tough and soft approaches   *** It may not work if you insist on being tough till the end.  Sometimes people need to change from a tough approach to a soft approach after practicing the tough approach for some time.  Using both tough and soft approaches may yield a better result.
向上爬   *** 初入行定要學習 很難會無師自通 誠心向高人學習 由生手學成熟手	To climb up the Corporate ladder  *** When people are novices, they must learn.  It is unlikely they can learn whole processes without a coach.  It is best to have a mentor.   Learn from the mentor until familiarity is obtained with the whole process.
