重陽節  *** 重陽節日多感觸 月亮光光月夜長 故人故苑最難忘 始終一句捨不得	Chung Yeung Festival   ***   People always have mixed feelings on the day of the Chung Yeung Festival.  They are not in the mood to enjoy the moon.  The night seems long.  It is hard not to think of the old homes and the loved ones who have passed away.  Naturally it is hard to let go of beloved people and cherished things.
登高少一人  *** 獨在海外為居客 每逢佳節倍思親 遙知港人登高處 偏偏缺少我一人	One less to climb up the hill  ***  During festival times, people who live overseas always miss their relatives in their hometown.  On Chung Yeung Festival, they miss joining their relatives in following the festival tradition of climbing up the hill.   There will be one less person in climbing.
