稱讚 *** 先要確定這個人 是言行一致的人 才可稱讚這個人 否則不應隨便讚	Praise *** Before you praise anyone, make sure the person is a gentleman who honors his commitments; otherwise you shouldn't praise him liberally.
不隨便讚人 *** 未清楚別人為人 隨便去稱讚別人 會誤導其他的人 因誤信造成災難	Don't praise people without good supporting evidence *** If you don't know the person well, don't praise him/her without any supporting evidence; otherwise you are misleading other people. Such unfounded praise may lead to unpleasant consequences.
