別人的讚美  *** 聽到別人的讚美 無須要眉飛色舞 反而當作是挑戰 去鼓勵做得更好	Appraisals from others ***     When you are being favorably appraised, you don't need to be arrogant and revel to the degree that you ignore the need for appropriate humility.  What you should do is to take this opportunity as a new challenge and encourage yourself to do better.
